ippt: silver!
yay! earned meself $200 by getting silver for my ippt. which was above my expectations since i was only aiming to pass. but it seems like 2 weeks of training made a world of a difference. i clocked 11:17 for my 2.4, a huge improvement over the 12:48 which i got the last time round. hahaha!
oh well. i'll be able to achieve this by crash-training this time round, but it'll get harder and harder in subsequent years. so, i've really gotta discipline myself to exercise 2 times a week from now on.. its for my good.. :(
in the meantime, i'll congratulate myself, give myself a pat on the back, and remind myself that i'm still 2 mins off my peak time of 9:18.. (which i suspect i'll never be able to attain again) xp
