yr 2 sem 2
yep. sem 2 coming up in a few days time! =( and again the pia-ing for grades would have to begin.. sigh.. what a competitive society we live in. i've been really happy in law school ever since an initial adjustment period, but the concern of grades always loom over my head. law school is not a relaxing environment. well at least not if u have any ambitions at all to achieve something. i know some ppl have studied for the nxt sem ever since the start of the hols. amazing. and i can't have many complaints if they do score better than me cos i just dun have the capacity for that. no one is gonna rob me of my hols! hahaha
well its the start of a new sem but some ppl i noe arent going 2b back in uni. dunno wats up with glk but it seems he wouldnt be at ntu for the nxt sem. and ldm has moved on to pursue his interest at other unis. gotta applaud these 2 for breaking out of the mold and taking a brave step into unconventional territory. i can nv do it. i'm a route 1, conventional kinda guy. and my parents are probably happier that i'm so. haha
anyway as some of u noe my dad was hospitalised for a gall bladder infection. he had gallstones which caused the gall bladder to be perforated and the doc had to remove the entire organ. and then he had pneumonia as well so he was sent to icu for a couple of days. spent a week in hospital but thank God he is ok now. another checkup due nxt monday but the doc said he should be fine.
