1) a&g internship was a rather fruitful one. a tad too short but i rather enjoyed my time there and was quite sad to leave at the end.

2) prison break 3 is not as good as prison break 1 & 2.. but it is still very good! can't wait for the second half of the season to air...

3) i'm sick of playing fm. it's just an outlet for releasing all my frustrations abt l'pool. even tottenham are buying better players now. crap.

4) terminator: the sarah connor chronicles occupies my time now

5) praise the Lord for good results again! i din think tt i would do better than last year but i did.. He is just amazing

6) gg for ict nxt wk le.. gotta pack my bags..

7) i gotta stop being lazy! (i) upkeep this blog (ii) upkeep my fitness (iii) start preparing for my exchange trip to hk!!

today was day two of my a&g internship. and time just flew past me quickly again! i was reminded of the times when i was writing my memorial and time never seemed enough for me to complete it. and here it was yet again! except that now it was just a series of smaller points of law. but then it is equally frustrating when ur chasing down dead ends! looking up hansards which dun give what u want, searching for minor points which u know by common sense but which have no authorities to back up, and being unable to find old cases and legislation which u need..

but still the internship has been an exceptional experience these two days. my mentor and the lawyers i'm working under are extremely willing to teach, and i'm learning a lot from them. i sat in at my first client meeting today.. and honestly i'm a bit scared that i'll never be able to grasp the law so firmly to give advice off the top of my head, and that i'll never be able to speak well and build rapport with the clients. but i guess that is worry for later.. and it would probably come with experience. right now i'm pretty much enjoying myself, and i really want to excel in what i'm doing. haven't felt like this in a long time.

first day of my legal career

okies so i just completed my first day in a law firm! hahaha.. tho it's internship only la. i did feel a bit noobish at first, but i didn't really feel out of place. with time i think i can make it. xp

so i had to research a few points of law and i spent the first few hours finding my feet. but then the lawr mind gradually kicked into place and then it was crupac all the way! hahaha. gosh time really flew while researching. unlike my previous temp jobs where i was always counting down to knock-off time, i was amazed how quickly time passed today. i can't say i love working, but i honestly didn't loathe it. and i thank God that i'm able to pursue something which i could connect with.

i had wanted to blog abt the month where i was mugging for the exams, but i realised that i couldn't rmb much of it. all i could recollect was that 'pool got knocked out of the champions league by chelsea and that i spent a lot of time revising. haha. i really do hate exams. and i just dun wanna rmb them here. i pray that i'll be able to do decently tho.. xp

exams' ended and schools' closed! can't believe that its been a month since i've blogged. gosh.. so many things to rmb and blog abt i dun even know where to start.. but anyway i just had beer and sausages at brewerkz and i'm feeling lazy right now so i'll leave this tough task for later.. xp hahahah
