family's coming!
quick recap of hk film fest first. after watching 2 films over the wkend, i've kinda decided that i like mainstream movies better. haha. not that the films weren't good - in fact both of them were poignant portrayals of real life - just that i thought that they were too heavy-going for my liking. gomorrah, i thought, was the better film, though naked of defences clearly wins it for shock value.. XD
deadlines are pressing near. gotta try to finish as much as i can before mum, dad & sis comes on thursday. THURSDAY!
yesh. a family vacation :) i really want this to be fun for them. i hope the weather will be alright though. pls! no rain! do not ruin my plans. the peak, tsim sha tsui and the avenue of stars, temple street night market, ladies market, hku, tram & ferry rides, dim sum. we shall do it all.
